What forms of payment do you accept? 
For your security, we are set up at this time to accept Pay Pal through our check out process. Using Pay Pal allows you to pay directly using money from your bank account or with a credit card without exposing your financial details. We gladly except Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through Pay Pal.

Do I pay sales tax on my order?
All orders purchased online will be charged 9% sales tax.

What are the shipping charges and how will my package be sent?
Shipping charges are based upon your order total and will be sent on of the following ways: USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.
$15.00 and under – $6
$15.01 – $45.00 – $10
$45.01 – $74.99 – $14
$75.00 and over – Free
Delivery times do vary but most products will arrive 3-5 days from the date of shipment. If you have any questions about shipping or need an order rushed, please contact us via email before placing your order. We will help you with placing your rush order. Additional fees will be applied to rush orders. We only ship within the United States.

Can I ship to another address?
Yes, you may enter an alternate name and address for shipping but please make sure you enter your email address so we may contact you regarding your order if needed.

May I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
Yes, you may. We are located in Birmingham, AL. If you choose this pick up method, you will receive an email letting you know the details of exactly where and when to pick up your order. Please use Pay Pal online to pay for your order that you are picking up.

How long does it take to process my order?
All orders that are not personalized are processed and shipped to you or your special gift recipient within 7-10 business days. Custom orders and personalized orders will not be shipped immediately and may take 2-4 weeks depending on the item. If you need an item by a certain date, please specify that during the checkout process in the comments section or email us prior to placing your order to inquire about the time frame for the item(s) ordered. If we are unable to meet your request, we will contact you and you may cancel the order at that time. Extra shipping charges may apply to special orders but we will inform you of that by email before processing your order.

What is the return policy?

We strive to provide high quality products that express and impress you and your gift recipient and we sincerely hope you are satisfied with your order. If you’re ordering a personalized product and the order has already been submitted for processing, it cannot be cancelled. All personalized items are not returnable unless it’s an error on our end so please carefully review the initials and spelling of names you have entered and the order in which they are entered, as we are not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you receive, except personalized items or jewelry, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it or refund the full cost of the item. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns unless the item is defective. Jewelry is non returnable because of hygeine reasons. If you need to return an item, please email us at and we will email back to you the address and info. you need to return the item.

What if an item is out of stock?
If any of the items are out of stock, we will contact you. You may choose to wait for the out of stock item until it’s available, substitute another product or cancel your order.
